Easter stash chocolate fudge

Easter stash chocolate fudge

OK! So it has been a week since Easter and our chocolate stash seems to be growing.  Everywhere I look there seems to be lots of little pieces of coloured silver foil scattered around the house. So today I decided that I would take the chocolate growing issue into my own hands and make a chocolate fudge to share with visiting friends this afternoon. Of course Miss C and Mr A were on hand to help me make the fudge and lick the spoon and bowl once it was done!I know I am not alone in fighting the war on Easter chocolate, so I have included my recipe below for anyone else who is finding their chocolate stash is growing in numbers too!Get the kids on board! They'll have so much fun watching their bunnies and eggs melt into a beautiful creamy fudge.  Mmmmmmm! Delicious!Just remember that you can tweak this recipe to use up any type of chocolate that you have in your stash.  Don't forget to share the chocolate love with family, friends, neighbours and work mates.
